2025 is ISAM's (Iziko) bicentenial year with lots of programs starting up on 18 May (International Museum Day) with a big launch on 11 June their "establishment day"

The Friends of Iziko Museum have asked me to lead a GeoHike along the Promenade later this year, after my annual overnight trip for them to Robben Island, set for 5th and 6th April this year.
A few weeks ago I spoke on The Geology the Koeberg Nuclear Power Station to retirees of the Blaauwberg University of the Third Age (U3A). 100 attended in the beautiful Milnerton Public Library.
On Monday, 11th March, I shall give a lunchtime talk to our Groote Schuur Probus Club on GeoTourism in Great Britain and Ireland, based on our 2013 and 2019 pre-Covid trips.
